- Avery Carrington - 3 missions next to the Construction Site
- Umberto Robina (Cubans) - 4 missions from the pay phone is Little Havana
- Aunty Poulet (Haitians) - 3 missions from Little Haiti
- Love Fist - 3 missions from the recording studio Downtown Vice City
- Mitch Baker (Bikers) - 3 missions from the Greasy Chopper Bar in Downtown Vice City

Street Races
There are six street races you will need to complete which become available once you purchase the Sunshine Autos car showroom.
- Terminal Velocity
- Ocean Drive
- Border Run
- Capital Cruise

- V.C. Endurance
Assassination Missions
There are five Assassination Missions which become available after you have completed the Back Alley Brawl story mission, they are given to you by Mr. Black at the pay phone at Washington Mall.
Hyman Memorial Stadium Missions
There are three racing events that take place at the Stadium, located in Downtown Vice City (north west corner of the map).
Sparrow Missions
There are four different Sparrow/ helicopter side missions located throughout the game.

There are four off-road missions which you will need to complete.

RC Missions
There are three RC missions you will need to complete.

Vehicle Missions
- Pizza Boy - Complete level 10
- Paramedic - Complete level 12
- Firefighter - Complete level 12
- Vigilante - Complete level 12
- Taxi Driver - Complete a total of 100 fares
Hidden Packages, Unique Jumps, Rampages and Miscellaneous
- Collect all 100 Hidden Packages
- Complete all 35 Rampages
- Complete all 36 Unique Jumps
- Buy all 9 safehouses
- Rob all 15 stores
- Earn 45 points at the Rifle Range
- Final Missions
